I heard about Doug from a friend of my husband, who was having problems similar to mine. I had a serious digestive problem (…). My gastroenterologist prescribed medications, changed my diet, and, in frustration, even had me undergo a colonoscopy, none of which resulted in any significant improvement in my well-being…At 5’6” tall and 102 pounds, I was tired all the time and did not feel well. After consulting with Doug, he tailored an anti-inflammatory diet of foods so that my healing could begin. He provided suggestions as to the best sources of nourishment, such as coconut, grass-fed butter and beef, salmon, whole milk yogurt and eggs from farmers, sweet potatoes, cooked vegetables, and avocados. I was amazed that eating “good fats” was my path to health, rather than the carbohydrates I used to eat. I will be able to continue the diet for the rest of my life. Throughout the last year, Doug has consistently followed up with me to monitor my progress, and I have enjoyed a 15-pound weight gain and a significant boost in energy. I am so grateful that Doug knew how to help me, when my doctors had no clue.

This client found me through word-of-mouth of a friend. Glenda is extremely health conscious and was doing everything that her doctor’s had suggested. The thing that made this particular consult unique was the fact that we had never physically met in person. All of our correspondence was done by phone and e-mails. (Skype could also have been an option) Regardless, the end result was one of success, defined as improved energy, desired weight gain, and improved blood panel results.
